Juanita Pardesi

Juanita Pardesi is an experienced grants and financial manager. She has more than 16 years' experience in fundraising and donor management, having worked with non-government organisations and development agencies to improve financial management practices wtihin the development and non-profit sector. Her senior management experience in the development sector comprises a broad range of financial management skills, as well as financial training. Her experience runs to identifying, analysing and evaluating grant applications and grant contract terms and conditions, project assessments, due diligent audits, and assessing project risk. She has extensive experience in management accounting, budgeting and facilitating capacity building initiatives for grantees.

Juanita has experience working in developing countries in Southern Africa with various civil society organisations, international donors, foundations and private sector insitutions. She has served as a trustee on the boards of Themba Lesizwe and The North West Premier's Humanitarian Fund as well as on various non-government organisations' financial committees. She has an MBA from the University of South Africa in conjunction with the UK Open University.
